Dual Maintenance
During implementation, you will need to maintain both your legacy system and new database. This period of maintenance is known as Dual Maintenance. I can assist with some or all dual maintenance. Options for dual maintenance are below.
- You can keep a spreadsheet of changes (preferred method) and I can key those into your new database. You can do some of the changes and I can do some. This allows you to learn the new system while minimizing burden on your team.
- I can login to your existing database and pull an audit report and then key those changes into your new database.
