Chad and his spouse have called the Cincinnati Metropolitan area home for over 20 years. They share their lives with their cat, Calli, who’s a regular attendee in Chad’s online meetings. Calli takes confidentiality seriously and is always on the lookout to keep workplace data safe.
Random Chad Fact: Before diving into his current work, Chad spent time at Kings Island, where he drove a real steam engine locomotive!
Outside of work, Chad is all about staying active. He’s a regular at Orangetheory Fitness in Mason, Ohio, where he racks up his fair share of splat points. Since joining, he’s worked his way up from walker to power walker to jogger—and now, a full-fledged runner. He shows up for every benchmark and signature workout, and even drops into Orangetheory studios across the country when he’s traveling for client work.
When the weather cooperates, you’ll find him outside getting in a run and enjoying some fresh air. On May 2, 2026, Chad checked off a big milestone by completing his first 5K at the Flying Pig Marathon weekend.

I participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Cincinnati Tri-State as Alzheimer’s took my grandmother. Watching someone who helped shape my life slowly lose her memories, her sense of self, and eventually her ability to recognize the people she loved was heartbreaking. It felt like losing her over and over again, long before she passed. Our family walked alongside her through confusion, fear, and grief — and it’s something that never truly leaves you. That experience is why this walk means so much to me. No family should have to face Alzheimer’s without support, hope, and resources.
