Nate is a football fan, golf addict, and Orangetheory regular who thrives on competition and staying active. Whether he's watching a game, hitting the course, or powering through a workout, he brings energy and focus to everything he does.

As a high school lacrosse coach, Nate is passionate about building strong teams and helping young athletes grow—both on and off the field.

When he's not coaching, Saturdays are dedicated to Michigan football, while the rest of his time centers around his wife, Maia, and their two dogs, Cooper and Loki. Whether he's grilling in the backyard or relaxing at home, family time is always the top priority.
